The Weather

“After spending a few years travelling the world, we have come to realize that the Sunshine Coast has one of the best climates in the world, and this golden triangle of Alexandra Headland has its own micro-climate. Our hot days usually have northerly winds. Here on Alex’s north facing headland, we get the full strength of these winds, and this keeps our temperature down. The strong cooler Southerlies can blast the open beach locations, but here we barely feel them as we are protected by Mooloolaba & the high ridge on Alex’s south boundary. Our Winter Days are often ‘Perfect’; calm breezes, clear skies & sunshine, temperatures from 8 to 23 degrees. The Ideal Escape for Southerners.
