Unit 1: On the 1st floor.

With access by the Lift from the Basement Carpark, or via the internal Entry Stairs, this stunning Unit has all the comforts of home to relax & unwind. Bring your family or friends and even your small dog. It has three Bedrooms, and sleeps up to 8. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen size ensemble beds with built-in robes & bed-side tables. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double below & single above, a separate king single bed, allowing four to sleep here. It has a built-in robe plus a port shelf/ office desk. All 3 bedrooms are Air-conditioned and there are Ceiling Fans throughout. Crisp fresh linen is provided. There are 2 fully tiled Bathrooms. The Main Bathroom has a fully equipped Laundry attached. Next to this is a separate Powder Room with a toilet & vanity basin. Your second Bathroom is in the Basement. Access is via the lift or internal stairs. It has a shower, toilet & vanity basin. The fully equipped Kitchen overlooks your private Courtyard. The Servery & Bar-b-que is outside the centre-opening kitchen window, on the Terrace, along with the Alfresco Dinning Setting.

Facilities

The Kitchen has Stone Bench Tops, Glass Cook-Top, Under-bench Oven, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine & an array of Coffee Pods & Teas for your use. We can include a Thermomix if you would like [after a demo by Sherie]. The Servery & Bar-b-que outside the kitchen window allows user friendly indoor & outdoor cooking. Ideal when using the outdoor dining setting on the Terrace. This seats up to eight. The Living Room features a comfortable Freedom Modular Sofa, and a 50-inch Smart TV, with Netflix, for watching those favourite movies whilst you are on holidays. There is free Wi-Fi. The TV in the Living Room can be viewed from the Kitchen & the Terrace; and for those on a working visit there are Workstations & an Office Chair.

Courtyard

This private and secure, grassed area is an ideal play area for your children or dog, while you can be keeping an eye on them from the Terrace.

Pool & Sauna - shared by Unit 1 & 2

The Heated, Magnesium Salt, Narrow Lap Pool is a great hit, with children particularly, and enjoyed by adults too. It is in the common area on the left of the building. The outdoor barrel style Sauna utilizes Full Spectrum Infrared Light as the heat source. It seats up to 4 people, or 2 laying down. It is located on a terrace on the right side of the building.

Car parking

Your car space is in our large, street level, lock-up Basement. Headroom clearance is 2.5 M minimum, and 2.8 M in some carparks. There is a Lift to take you, your luggage, your child’s pram, or wheel chair from here to the front door of your Unit.

Close by

From here it’s just 260 steps or 3 minutes’ walk to the Beach. And within comfortable walking distance is a whole lot more: - 3 Surf Clubs – Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore - with supervised swimming Beaches, bars, cafes, restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events. Surfing hot spots, like The Bluff – right here, just a 4 minutes’ walk.

Beautiful Walks – along the beaches, paths, in front of the cliffs of The Bluff. Awesome Children’s Playgrounds, and beach front Skate Park. Cafes, Restaurants, bars and Shops of Alexandra Headland. Mooloolaba with its popular Esplanade of award-winning Restaurants, vibrant Café Culture, Hotels, Coles Supermarket, BWS and Shops is a 15 to 20 min walk or 5 min drive away. Mooloolaba Warf is the boating centre of the Sunshine Coast with Fishing, Whale Watching, Diving and Sailing Trips, Boat Charters and River Cruises plus fabulous Restaurants, Cafes and Bars, and Sea Life tourist attraction.
